Do you service all elevator brands?
Yes. We service all major brands, proprietary and non-proprietary. Our mechanics train across manufacturers, and wherever we can we install non-proprietary equipment so your building isn't locked to one provider.
Where does Formed operate?
Eight branches across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Idaho, headquartered in Denver. Every branch carries its own mechanics and callback coverage.
What does a maintenance agreement include?
Scheduled preventive maintenance, 24/7 callback coverage, testing coordination, and documented service records for every visit. Frequency is set by your equipment, age, and usage.
How fast do you respond to a shutdown?
Callback runs 24 hours a day, every day. An on-call mechanic is dispatched around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
When should I modernize instead of repair?
When parts availability, code changes, or repeat shutdowns make continued repair the more expensive path. We'll survey the equipment and give you an honest answer either way.
Are you licensed for testing and inspections?
We perform Category 1 and Category 5 testing per ASME A17.1, coordinate code-required inspections in every jurisdiction we serve, and are licensed and insured in every state we operate in.
